Ribbed Smoked Sheets (RSS) is coagulated from high quality natural rubber latex. Rubber latex processed into sheet, dried, smoked, and visually graded. RSS3 rubber sheets are used in the production of tires, Tread Carcass, Off Road Tires & ADV tires, Extruded hoses, and Footwear etc. The Tire industry is the biggest consumer of RSS3 rubber sheets. The majority of rubber is exported as ribbed smoked sheets (RSS), of which ribbed smoked sheet no.3 (RSS 3) constitutes the major part.
Our RSS3 has stipulated the grade description and the details are given in the Green Book. We offer RSS grades 1 to 5. (WHAT IS THE GREEN BOOK?) Packaging: 1. Compressed in 111.11 kgs/bales, powder coated. 2. 33.33 or 35 kgs/bales.
